High school years when I thought that being a man meant that you should be a hunter.
Then there were some years that I felt that being a rodeo cowboy was what it took to be a man.
I had played football for 12 straight seasons ending my career as a "macho" football player at Montana Western as a defensive tackle.
This part of my life had me partaking in a variety of pleasures when I was confusing appetite for happiness.
Through the encouragement of my wife, I was introduced to a way of honing the mind, body, and spirit.
The continued support of my family led us all to study yoga where it originated in Rishikesh, India. Our experience here was life-changing and it's what helped lead me to you.
